All these years I have been cooking everyday and kept the love for it. For me, cooking always has been about finding the best possible ingredients and treat them with love and respect. it is not about the exact amount of a special ingredient. Its more about finding the best quality and best tasting ones, and even more the ones you really like yourself. That’s how all my recipes will be presented, fancy or not. Always try to get the best possible flavor out of what I’m cooking. One of my best moments every week is when I go to an amazing grocery store to pick the best ingredients I can find.
In spring 2012 I had a visit from one of my old colleagues from the restaurant, and he told me about Low carb cooking. I have had felt that something wasn't right inside my body for a long time and was suspecting gluten intolerance. Cutting carbs would from that day, make me super healthy, and never felt better. I haven't really been overweight, but I just wanted to see what happened. I have never felt better and will eat like this for ever. If people want to eat sugar and carbs, I don’t mind, but it is just not for me. After helping a lot of people loosing weight and feeling better about them self, I think many people would feel better with less of refined carbs in their system. So, here I am, to take you deeper in to my life of healthy cooking by posting tips, recipes and charing the fundamentals of cooking like no other one has done before.
Cheers to real flavorful, clean, easy to make, and fun food!
